Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license and insurable to drive.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to read, write and perform math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly service.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for the service center.
• Prepare estimates and work orders and process payments.
• Answer questions about service outcomes and consult with Technicians.
• Explain repairs to customers and document pricing and warranties.
• Maintain knowledge of Boss Shop products and pricing.
