The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, plus a valid driver's license and strong customer service.

• At least one year dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers when delays occur; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, TSBs, and related service information.
• Ensures documentation compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Attends trainings and meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
