Job summary

Preferred Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Grand Haven and Muskegon teams. You will guide customers through the service process and build lasting relationships, with a focus on delivering excellent care and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising and parts departments.
• Experience with independent repair facilities is a plus.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
