Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Hibbing, MN seeks a Director to lead this established branch with autonomy and ongoing corporate support. You will drive growth, manage staffing, and cultivate referral networks to become the preferred in-home care provider.

The role requires relocation, is full-time Monday–Friday, and offers a base salary of $100,000 with an additional 10% quarterly profit share, plus benefits and a company car.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and achieving growth goals.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and oversee staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time Mon-Fri; relocation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage this branch independently with corporate support.
• Develop and execute marketing plan to grow Cornerstone in-home care.
• Build referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices and senior living facilities.
• Hire, onboard and staff shifts; monitor on-call workload.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability.
• Create a positive team culture and set performance standards.
