Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, seeks a Director to lead the Warren, MI branch. You will own strategy, operations, staffing, referrals, and client relations with corporate training and support.

In this autonomous, fast-paced role you will develop a marketing plan, recruit and manage staff, oversee budgets, and build a culture of excellence. Relocation is required; base salary is $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share.

• Direct recruitment and staff oversight experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct the Warren, MI branch with training and corporate support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow Cornerstone as the preferred provider.
• Cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, hospices and senior services.
• Hire, onboard and schedule staff; monitor on-call coverage.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability; shape team culture.
