Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a director to lead our Traverse City branch, independently driving growth with ongoing corporate training. You will develop marketing plans, cultivate referral partnerships, and oversee staffing and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

You will manage on-call coverage, monitor budgets, and shape the culture for your territory, receiving comprehensive training and support from headquarters.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Traverse City branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone Caregiving as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory by incentivizing and setting team morale.
