Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Bloomington, IL seeks a driven Director to lead and grow the Bloomington branch. You will operate autonomously with strong corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include developing a local marketing plan, cultivating referral relationships, hiring and staffing, conducting client intakes, and managing the office budget while shaping a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with team management experience.
• Track record in sales and business development.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Bloomington branch with ongoing training and support.
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities and client/caregiver/partner communications.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create an engaging workplace culture and set performance standards across the team.
