Cornerstone Caregiving in Shorewood, MN seeks a Director of Operations and Business Development to lead the local branch with autonomy and corporate support. You will drive growth, manage referrals, and ensure service excellence for clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead the Shorewood branch with corporate training support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners.
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability.
• Create a positive workplace culture and high team morale.
