Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the branch marketing plan to grow Cornerstone's in-home care.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; manage on-call coverage.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability.
• Foster a high-performing workplace culture with incentives.
