Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in California is seeking an experienced director to lead this established branch. You will manage operations, drive growth, and work with corporate training and support.

You will develop a local marketing plan, build referral networks with hospitals and senior services, hire and onboard staff, oversee budgets, and foster a culture of excellence. This is a full-time role with autonomy and significant impact.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are staffed; oversee on-call responses.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory and motivate the team.
