Job summary

In Tandem is seeking a Director of Growth Product & Monetization to own OurFamilyWizard’s growth strategy end-to-end — reporting to the Chief Product Officer and partnering with Marketing on acquisition, lifecycle, and brand. This hands-on individual contributor role aligns Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data around shared priorities and drives experiments and results with AI as a core lever.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years building and leading consumer growth or monetization strategies with accountability for measurable outcomes across the full funnel.
• Hands-on ownership of subscription pricing or packaging—with a price change, repackaging, or new-product monetization decision.
• Strong business judgment with fluency in CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU, and cohort performance; excellent data fluency and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and influence skills that help you drive various perspectives and opinions towards a concrete and visionary strategy while keeping teams aligned.
• Hands-on PM experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering from managers to ICs; technical fluency that enables seamless engineering partnership.
• Fluency in App Store, Google Play, and web subscription mechanics.
• Experience with B2B2C growth, professional referral networks, international expansion, or high-trust products is a strong plus.
• Understanding of the current limits and near-term potential of AI optimization and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Grow OurFamilyWizard’s conversion and monetization across direct-to-consumer, professionally referred, and court-directed journeys.
• Establish a high-velocity experiment portfolio and regular growth reviews.
• Coordinate acquisition strategy and CAC with activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and new-product monetization across app stores and web.
• Deepen engagement and referrals with professional networks and courts.
• Partner with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to scale experimentation and lifecycle capabilities.
