Job summary

OurFamilyWizard, part of In Tandem, seeks a Director of Growth Product & Monetization to lead end-to-end growth strategies and monetization initiatives across our family tech brands.

You will partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Data to optimize conversion, renewal, and ARPU—using AI to accelerate research, modeling, and experimentation—and drive international expansion where applicable.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading consumer growth or monetization
• Ownership of pricing, packaging, or new-product monetization
• Strong business judgment with CAC, LTV, retention and ARPU focus
• Excellent communication to align diverse teams
• Hands-on PM experience collaborating with engineers
• Experience with app store, Google Play, and web subscriptions

Responsibilities

• Set growth priorities and drive execution across D2C, referred, and court-directed journeys.
• Establish a high-velocity growth OS with metrics and an experimentation portfolio.
• Align acquisition strategy with activation, conversion, engagement and retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization across app stores and web.
• Deepen professional referrals and partnerships with attorneys, mediators, and courts.
• Partner with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to scale and expand internationally.
