Job summary

In Tandem seeks a Director of Growth Product & Monetization to own OurFamilyWizard’s growth strategy and monetization end-to-end from remote USA. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and partner with Marketing on acquisition, lifecycle, and brand to drive conversion, renewal, ARPU, and revenue.

You will align Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to turn strategy into experiments, using AI to accelerate research, modeling, and testing across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading consumer growth or monetization with measurable outcomes.
• Ownership of pricing or packaging decisions for subscription products.
• Strong CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU analytics and data fluency.
• Excellent communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on PM experience with engineering collaboration.
• Experience with App Store, Google Play, and web subscriptions.
• Knowledge of international expansion and AI optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set OurFamilyWizard's conversion and monetization priorities and drive execution across direct-to-consumer, professionally referred, and court-directed journeys.
• Establish shared metrics, a high-velocity experiment portfolio, and a regular growth review.
• Connect acquisition strategy and CAC with activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and new-product monetization across app stores and web.
• Deepen engagement and referrals across attorneys, mediators, therapists, custody evaluators, and courts.
• Partner with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to strengthen experimentation and lifecycle capabilities.
