Job summary

OurFamilyWizard in Tandem is seeking a growth leader to own the end-to-end monetization strategy. This remote USA role partners with Marketing to optimize acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue, while driving experiments and AI-enabled research to improve ARPU and renewal.

You will align Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to move metrics that matter and scale growth across our family-brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years building and leading consumer growth or monetization strategies.
• Hands-on ownership of pricing/packaging decisions and monetization.
• Strong business judgment with CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU analysis.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and drive strategy.
• PM experience with engineering collaboration and technical fluency.
• Fluency in app store, Google Play, and web subscription mechanics.
• Experience with international expansion or high-trust products is a plus.
• Understanding AI optimization and personalization potential.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and monetization end-to-end across channels.
• Establish a high-velocity growth operating system and experiments.
• Align product and marketing to optimize CAC, activation, conversion, retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and new-product monetization across stores/web.
• Deepen professional referrals and multi-channel acquisition paths.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to scale.
