Job summary

In Tandem seeks an Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives to bring structure to ambiguity and align cross-functional teams across Product, GTM, Operations, Partnerships, and Finance. You will drive growth initiatives from concept to execution, leveraging AI tools to speed up research, planning, and workflows.

You will build operating frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks, and lead high-priority projects that advance company growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience across strategy, operations, or growth
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments
• Experience with SaaS/technology-enabled businesses
• High comfort with AI tools and practical use of AI in operations

Responsibilities

• Run an executive operating cadence with leadership meetings and board prep
• Translate company goals into OKRs and KPIs and drive follow-through
• Evaluate partnerships and business development opportunities with market research
• Lead high-priority cross-functional special projects from analyses to launches
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, planning, and documentation
• Create repeatable playbooks, dashboards, and operating metrics as the company scales
