Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth marketing, including product-led SaaS with bottom-up PLG motions.
• Storytelling, craftsmanship and strong brand representation across channels.
• Demonstrated experience building growth systems from scratch in lean environments.
• AI-first operator: AI tools are part of the workflow, not just a supplement.
• GEO and AI search fluency; opinions on discovery shifts and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth loop, driving strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion with revenue-driven pipeline accountability.
• Rapid validation of new product concepts - from concept to live page and test mode.
• Own fabric’s website end-to-end: shipping, testing, and optimizing without dependencies (Wordpress + Claude design a plus).
• Run high-velocity experiments across channels; treat LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter as distinct signal sources.
• Lead AI-first search and content strategy, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Use AI tools aggressively; growth process built around AI from ideation to iteration.
• Build personalization infrastructure connecting marketing signals to buyer journeys for enterprise and self-serve segments.
• Own the martech stack, automation, and lead-scoring to make growth repeatable and measurable.
• Translate data into decisions across product, sales, and leadership; turn experiments into pipeline.
