Job summary

In Tandem seeks a Director of Growth Product & Monetization to own OurFamilyWizard's growth strategy end-to-end, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and partnering with Marketing on acquisition, lifecycle, and brand.

You will align Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data around shared priorities, turning strategy into experiments and results. You’ll use AI to accelerate research, modeling, and experimentation, driving measurable outcomes across the full funnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading consumer growth or monetization strategies with measurable outcomes across full funnel.
• Strong business judgment with fluency in CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU, and cohort performance; data-driven and curious.
• Hands-on PM experience collaborating with engineering from managers to ICs; able to translate strategy into experiments.

Responsibilities

• Set growth priorities for OurFamilyWizard and drive execution across direct-to-consumer, professional referrals, and court-directed journeys.
• Establish a高-velocity growth operating system with shared metrics and rapid experimentation.
• Align product and marketing strategies to optimize CAC, activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions across app stores and web, with clear value-based upgrades.
• Deepen engagement with attorneys, mediators, therapists, and courts to expand referrals and product adoption.
• Partner with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to scale instrumentation, analytics, and lifecycle capabilities.
• Drive international expansion and scalable growth foundations across brands.
