Job summary

Jasper seeks a strategic Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale its enterprise growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead an integrated growth organization across field, performance, lifecycle, ABM, and organic growth, partnering with Sales to accelerate enterprise revenue.

You’ll drive campaign performance, funnel analytics, and experimentation, while building a high-performing team and applying AI-driven marketing to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing.
• Track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jasper’s integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and ABM.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate enterprise pipeline and enable revenue growth.
• Define target accounts, build account-based programs, and prioritize investment for predictable pipeline expansion.
• Manage and optimize funnel performance, forecasting, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team spanning performance, lifecycle, organic growth, and field marketing.
