Job summary

In Tandem is seeking a Director of Growth Product & Monetization to own OurFamilyWizard’s growth strategy end-to-end, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will drive conversion, renewal, ARPU, and revenue by aligning Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data.

This remote USA role partners with multiple brand channels and focuses on cross-functional impact. You will lead pricing, packaging, and new-product monetization across app stores and web, with a focus on multi-channel growth and

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years building and leading consumer growth or monetization strategies with accountability for measurable outcomes across the full funnel.
• Hands-on ownership of subscription pricing or packaging—including a price change, repackaging, or new-product monetization decision.
• Strong business judgment with fluency in CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU, and cohort performance; excellent data fluency and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to drive alignment and impact.
• Hands-on PM experience and collaboration with engineering; technical fluency for partnerships.
• Fluency in App Store, Google Play, and web subscription mechanics.
• Experience with international expansion or high-trust products is a strong plus.
• Understanding of AI optimization and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and monetization priorities across direct-to-consumer, professional referrals, and court-directed journeys.
• Establish growth operating system with metrics, experiments, and regular reviews.
• Align product and marketing to connect CAC with activation, conversion, and retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across platforms and pricing tiers.
• Deepen professional referrals and partnerships to drive sustained value.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering to scale experimentation and lifecycle capabilities.
