Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio while aligning with the market’s annual plan.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching leaders, executing marketing plans, and maintaining a high-performance bench to support growth across 4–6 districts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by engaging, recognizing, and coaching District Managers to live the company values.
• Drive sales and profit performance by creating a market calendar and conducting visits with District Managers.
• Coach District Managers to improve food safety, product quality, and service speed while ensuring brand audits are completed.
• Staff and develop a robust talent bench by recruiting and filling district leadership roles.
• Own the market’s Annual Operating Plan by reviewing P&L and KPIs with District Managers.
• Develop Training Restaurants and ensure consistent LEAD execution for incoming leaders.
• Review District Manager performance and salary progressions annually.
• Provide strategic leadership and maintain operational excellence across the market.
• Communicate marketing plans and ensure timely execution of materials and product training.
