Job summary

Arby's, Inc. seeks a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence.

You will develop leadership bench strength and ensure execution of Arby's standards while partnering with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market’s annual plan. You will recruit and mentor District Managers, review P&L, and oversee training programs to uphold quality and service across 4–6 districts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Preferred: leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure; growth organization experience; Arby's brand or comparable QSR experience.
• Demonstrates ability to develop and execute strategic planning, organizational and financial acumen for multi-district markets.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence District Managers and leadership across the organization.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, labor laws, and licensing in the Atlanta market.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by engaging, recognizing, and coaching District Managers to live company values.
• Drive sales and profit by creating a market calendar and conducting restaurant visits with District Managers.
• Increase sales by coaching District Managers on food safety, quality, friendliness, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Ensure staffing by recruiting District Managers and filling vacancies across the market.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan by reviewing P&L and KPIs.
• Develop Certified Training Restaurants and ensure LEAD training integrity.
• Review District Manager performance and adjust salaries as needed.
• Provide situational leadership and maintain proficiency in all restaurant operations.
• Coordinate marketing plans and train on new product launches.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, approve vendors, and manage cost controls.
• Engage with local community leaders and HR to resolve employee relations quickly.
• Maintain flexibility to exceed market needs as they evolve.
