Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience leading multi-district restaurant management teams is highly valued.
Strong strategic, budgeting, and leadership capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence in the portfolio.
Coach managers on food safety, quality, and service standards.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, and bench strength in the market.
Analyze P&L, scorecards, and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Represent Arby's in the Atlanta community and partner with HR for employee relations.
