Qualifications

• Minimum: 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Preferred: Proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure; prior success in growth organizations; Arby's brand experience encouraged.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers to drive sales and profits across the Atlanta market.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and business reviews, analyzing P&L and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality managers to build a robust leadership bench.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and brand audits across all restaurants.
• Collaborate with Regional VP of Operations to execute the market's annual operating plan.
• Travel throughout the Atlanta market as required.
