Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit, and operational excellence, ensuring adherence to Arby’s standards and the market’s annual operating plan.

You will develop leadership bench strength, recruit talent, and partner with the Regional VP to deliver growth while coaching on food safety, service, and brand compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Preferred: 4+ years as District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Experience with Arby's brand or a comparable QSR concept.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of District Managers to drive sales, profit, and operational excellence across the Atlanta market.
• Develop leadership bench strength and succession planning for district leadership roles.
• Coach on food safety, quality, service, and brand audits across all restaurants.
• Recruit and retain high-quality staff; build a robust talent pipeline for future growth.
• Analyze P&L, scorecards, and KPIs to ensure targets are met and reported accurately.
• Oversee market marketing plans, vendor relations, and training initiatives.
