Job summary

Arby's, Inc. in the Atlanta market is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers across multiple restaurants, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence in the region.

This role builds district-level leadership and ensures execution of standards while partnering with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's plans. You will mentor leaders, ensure consistent standards, and develop a strong talent bench to support growth and future leadership needs

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of restaurant management experience; 4+ years as District Manager.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in Business or Hospitality.
• Experience leading multiple District Managers in a multi-district structure preferred.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence market-wide.
• Ensure staffing levels with high-quality teams and succession planning.
• Monitor P&L, KPIs, and market performance; report variances.
• Travel within the Atlanta market and nearby locations as needed.
