Arby's in Atlanta is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across the market. You will work with the Regional VP of Operations to execute the market's annual plan and uphold Arby's standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to develop and execute strategic planning, organizational, and financial acumen that drives business growth across a multi-district market.
• Experience leading and developing District Managers and multi-unit leadership teams, including building a talent management and bench-planning strategy and creating a talent pipeline.
• Excellent communication with effective messaging and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, labor laws, and licensing across the Atlanta market, including alcohol compliance.
• Experience driving operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement across multiple districts, with SOPs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by engaging, recognizing, and coaching District Managers to live the company values and develop leadership bench strength.
• Drive sales and profit performance by coordinating a market calendar and conducting regular visits with District Managers and restaurant leaders.
• Increase sales by coaching District Managers to improve food safety, quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service; ensure brand audits are completed on schedule.
• Ensure the Atlanta market is properly staffed with high-quality teams by actively recruiting and filling vacancies.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan by reviewing P&L, scorecards, and KPIs; conduct monthly business reviews with District Managers.
• Develop Certified Training Restaurants and ensure consistency of LEAD training and talent integrity for new leaders.
• Review District Manager performance annually and manage compensation adjustments as needed.
• Communicate business plans and opportunities to the Regional VP of Operations and address underperforming districts.
