Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio and ensure consistent execution of Arby’s standards.

You will build a strong leadership bench, manage monthly reviews of P&L and KPIs, and partner with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market’s plans. Occasional travel and staff development are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum: 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Preferred: Proven experience directly leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure; growth organization experience; Arby’s brand or similar QSR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio.
• Build a leadership bench through succession planning and professional development.
• Ensure execution of Operational Standards and brand audits.
• Review P&L, scorecards, and KPIs to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Recruit and hire District Managers; fill management vacancies.
• Communicate plans and opportunities to the Regional VP of Operations.
• Travel and operate across the Atlanta market as needed.
