Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager for the Atlanta market to lead a team of District Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure consistent operational execution across the restaurant portfolio.

You will collaborate with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market’s annual plan, build leadership bench strength, and maintain adherence to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Preferred: proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure; growth-focused environment.
• Experience with the Arby's brand or a comparable QSR concept is a plus.
• Strong leadership and development of district managers across a market.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market to drive sales, profit, and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop District Managers; conduct regular restaurant visits and performance discussions.
• Ensure staffing, recruitment, and succession planning across all districts.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan with monthly reviews of P&L and KPIs.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and operational execution across the market.
