Job summary

Arby’s in the Atlanta market is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop District Managers across multiple restaurants, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence.

You will build leadership bench strength, ensure consistent execution of brand standards, manage P&L, and partner with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's Annual Operating Plan while coaching teams to uphold Arby’s service and food quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years restaurant management, including multi-unit oversight.
• Experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Proven talent development and succession planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio.
• Manage P&L, scorecards, and KPIs; review financials regularly.
• Recruit and build leadership bench to support growth.
• Ensure LEAD training and brand standards are consistently executed.
• Communicate plans and performance to the Regional VP of Operations.
