Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit and operational excellence while partnering with the Regional VP to deliver the market's operating plan.

You will build leadership bench strength, coach on food safety, product quality, and service speed, and ensure proper staffing and vendor management across the market. This role demands extensive travel and strong P&L acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager.
• Preferred: Proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, financials, and talent development across a multi-unit market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market to drive sales, profit, and operations.
• Plan and review market calendars, conduct restaurant visits, and coach on performance expectations.
• Coach District Managers to improve food safety, quality, friendliness, cleanliness, and service speed; ensure brand audits are completed on schedule.
• Recruit and build a high-quality, staffed market with a strong talent bench for future growth.
• Analyze P&L, scorecards, and KPIs; conduct monthly business reviews to ensure accurate reporting and controls.
• Develop Training Restaurants and uphold LEAD program integrity across the market.
• Manage annual performance reviews and salary planning for district leadership.
• Provide situational leadership, maintain positive attitude, and ensure execution of company objectives.
