Bay Central Printing is seeking an inside sales support role to assist the sales team. The candidate should communicate concepts clearly, write crisply in emails, and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include high school graduate, excellent customer service, and strong written and verbal communication. Experience with a CRM and social media is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a huge plus.

• Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under production deadlines and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our sales person by attending in-house daily meetings.
• Answer incoming emails and phone calls; write succinct emails with a great phone manner.
• Update CRM records and follow up with customers promptly.
• Keep comprehensive, accurate notes and tasks.
