Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist sales and customer service with quotes, orders, and payments. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience via phone and email, supporting bilingual English/Spanish customers.

The role is hybrid, involving office and remote work, with growth opportunities and a strong focus on process improvement and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and generate quotes.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up to confirm orders are processed and delivered as expected.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing to fulfill orders.
• Support Account Managers and outside sales with quotes and orders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Act as liaison between customers and SPX to resolve issues.
