Job summary

Bay Central Printing in Union City, CA seeks an energetic inside sales assistant to support the sales team and manage key customer communications.

You will handle emails, calls, and order inquiries, update CRM records, and maintain precise notes while presenting a friendly, professional tone to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to meet deadlines.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our salesperson by attending in-house daily meetings.
• Answer incoming emails and phone calls; write succinct, crisp emails and maintain a great phone manner.
• Answer questions about in-house orders and assist with orders.
• Update CRM records and follow up with customers promptly.
• Keep comprehensive, accurate notes and tasks up to date.

We are a commercial printing company with offices in east and south bay. We are looking for someone who has talent and is witty: can think on their feet/someone who has ambition and wants to learn. Of course having business sales experience is preferred but what is important to us is talent and the willingness to learn, we will invest the time to teach you if you invest the time to learn.

We are looking to help our inside sales person. Years of experience are not the requirement but the ability to communicate concepts with clarity and simplicity is.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
• Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, work under production deadline, reliable and a good team player with a professional, friendly tone
• A great researcher: be able to quickly and accurately determine key information about people and companies
• Excellent time-management, ability to manage deadlines
• Smart and self-reliant, able to read emails, understand and reply accordingly
• Ability to work independently and find the best solutions for a problem
• Must be able to handle our clients in a professional manner
• Detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail and accurate
