Verkada Inc. in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Organic & Conversion to own verkada.com as a revenue engine and to build warm email programs that turn interest into pipeline.

You’ll drive organic and AI search, run experiments on pages, forms, and funnels, and collaborate with data science, design, and sales. This high-autonomy role offers visibility and impact on revenue, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth product, biz ops or equivalent.
• Proven track record of owning metrics and expanding scope.
• Strong experimentation judgment with A/B testing experience.
• Understanding of SEO and AI search trends; curiosity about AI search.
• Data analysis and web analytics skills (GA4, GTM); SQL & Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own organic and AI search pipeline; build SEO/AEO strategy with content, web, and eng teams.
• Manage website conversion across organic, paid, webinars, and events; run experiments.
• Rethink forms and funnel experiences to reduce friction and improve pipeline.
• Own warm email performance across nurture, webinars, events, and re-engagements.
• Define conversion signals and ensure clean tracking across platforms.
• Collaborate with data science, web ops, product marketing, MDRs, and sales.
