Verkada Inc. in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Upper Funnel) to own top-of-funnel campaigns, measurements, and experimentation across diverse channels. You’ll test CTV, audio, billboards, and more, building evidence on what works.

You’ll join a high-performing team with autonomy to shape spend, strategy, and creative direction, driving Verkada’s growth and market visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid media.
• Hands-on media buying with decision-making authority.
• Ability to design and interpret incrementality tests (geo-lift, holdout, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Creative & Story: decide what to run and shape campaigns with the creative team.
• Audience Strategy: define ICPs and target accounts; pick channel mix.
• Channel & Vendor Testing: test new channels across CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, audio, OOH.
• Measurement & Incrementality: design geo-lift tests and attribution experiments.
• Budget Ownership: allocate spend based on results.
• Learning Loop & Insights: document tests and share learnings with leadership.
