Verkada is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Organic & AI Conversion, to own the organic and AI search engine and drive conversion across verkada.com. You will run experiments on pages and forms, and shepherd warm email programs that translate interest into pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or related fields with strong experimentation background.
• Proven ability to own metrics and deliver improvement in pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with SEO, AEO, and AI search concepts; curious about AI trends.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with GA4 and web analytics.
• SQL and Excel proficiency; ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organic & AI Search: own SEO/AI search strategy and collaborate with content, web, and engineering.
• Website Conversion: manage verkada.com conversion across organic, paid, webinar, and event pages.
• Forms & Funnel: redesign experiences to reduce friction and improve pipeline.
• Lifecycle Email: manage warm emails and nurture programs with a focus on meetings and pipeline.
• Measurement & Signals: define key events and maintain clean tracking.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: work with data science, marketing ops, design, product marketing, MDRs, and sales.
