Verkada is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to design and oversee AI-powered marketing systems, automations, and data-driven processes. You will ensure robust integration with Salesforce and Marketo, enable scalable workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign delivery and insights.

This role emphasizes hands-on ownership of critical marketing platforms and on-site collaboration in the US.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience creating automations, integrations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows with user adoption.
• Comfort working with data, APIs, and technical systems; not required to be a software engineer.
• Ability to translate evolving business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered marketing systems and automation across campaigns, lifecycle marketing, events, and reporting.
• Lead marketing automation and campaign infrastructure, manage Marketo and Salesforce workflows and data quality.
• Partner with marketing teams to redesign end-to-end workflows and reduce manual work.
• Monitor system health, data quality, and adoption; coordinate issue resolution before it disrupts.
