Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead campaign operations and automation across Marketing. You will design AI-enabled workflows, integrate Salesforce, Marketo, and data warehouses, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems. This role is on-site at our San Mateo HQ.

You will optimize lead routing, lifecycle campaigns, events, and webinars while driving data quality, governance, and adoption of new technologies to improve pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (Marketo or HubSpot).
• Experience creating automations, integrations, internal tools, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Comfort working with data, APIs, and technical systems.
• Clear communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered marketing systems across campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, events, lead management, reporting, and research.
• Lead marketing automation and campaign infrastructure, managing Marketo and Salesforce workflows and data governance.
• Translate campaign requirements into scalable, self-service workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with marketers to design end-to-end workflows rather than automating isolated tasks.
• Monitor system health, data quality, and adoption of the new tools and processes.
