Verkada is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager: Upper Funnel to own our top-of-funnel campaigns and measurement framework. You’ll test channels from CTV to audio and billboards, and build ICP-based targeting while shaping how the market sees Verkada.

This high-autonomy, visible role lives on-site at our San Mateo HQ. You’ll bring 4+ years in growth marketing with hands-on media buying, incrementality testing experience, and a strong ability to translate data into creative strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth/paid media experience in startup or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on media buying and budget decision-making experience.
• Experience designing/reading incrementality tests (geo-lift, matched-market, holdout).
• Strong point of view on creative and storytelling for campaigns.
• Proficient data analysis; SQL and Excel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own top-of-funnel campaigns and measurement frameworks.
• Test channels across CTV, audio, billboards, and more; optimize spend.
• Build ICPs and_ACCOUNT-based targeting; select channel mix.
• Design geo-lift tests and holdouts; measure lift and attribution.
• Own budget decisions and reallocate spend based on results.
• Maintain learning loop with documented tests and insights.
