Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager: Upper Funnel to own top-of-funnel campaigns and measurement. You’ll test channels from CTV to audio and billboards, build a rigorous incrementality framework, and determine what to run, who to reach, and how we learn.

This highly visible, high-autonomy role is on-site at our San Mateo, CA HQ, collaborating with creative, analytics, and growth teams to move the market and accelerate demand for Verkada's platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, marketing science, a startup or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience buying media, and the confidence to make decisions about spending real money.
• A clear answer to the question, “How did you know it worked?” You have designed and read at least one incrementality test yourself, such as a geo-lift, matched-market, or holdout test.
• A strong point of view on creative and story: you can explain why a campaign was good, what helped it, and what hurt it.
• Proficiency in data analysis. Knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
• Experience with CTV, out-of-home, audio, or account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel campaigns and how we measure them.

• Decide what to run, who to reach, and what learning we can derive.
• Work with creative and analytics teams to prove impact and scale.
• Drive ICP targeting and budget optimization across channels.
