You will lead paid and organic growth, experiment-driven optimization, and a scalable CRO framework while partnering with Product, Creator and GTM teams to accelerate high-value signups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling a growth marketing function with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on B2B growth with product-led and sales-led motions.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and attribution skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and scale toward $1M+ annual spend with efficiency targets.
• Lead organic growth, SEO/GEO and AI-driven discovery initiatives.
• Own website conversion and CRO with a scalable testing framework.
• Identify new growth channels and run structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Build growth roadmap, forecasting, and reporting for ROI visibility.
• Collaborate with CMO, Product, Creator and GTM teams to drive impact.
• Develop and manage the growth function foundations, processes, tools and hiring plans.
• Run and scale a creator program and product-led signup funnel for outsized returns.
