Job summary

Abridge in San Francisco, CA seeks an experienced Growth Marketer to own the PLG motion and drive the company’s product-led growth engine. You’ll lead paid marketing programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Sales to translate end-user adoption into enterprise opportunities.

You’ll coach the marketing team, design experiments, and raise the bar for growth across lifecycle stages, with a hybrid office schedule in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience with PLG at a high-growth software company.
• Hands-on paid programs across paid social, search, programmatic, and OOH with budget ownership.
• Deep experimentation skills to drive activation, conversion, and retention at scale.
• Low ego, high standards; direct, collaborative, outcome-focused leadership.
• Experience driving PLG in healthcare or with clinicians is a plus.
• Comfort building internal tools and AI-powered workflows to speed work.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLG roadmap and connect it to growth motions across acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion.
• Lead all paid marketing and manage the paid budget; align with Product, Data, and Sales.
• Define activation/retention metrics and dashboards; establish measurement foundations.
• Advise on growth strategy for the broader marketing team and coach on experimentation.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to translate adoption into enterprise pipeline.
