Job summary

Jarvio, a San Francisco-based AI operator for eCommerce, seeks a growth-oriented leader to drive its PLG strategy. You will own the self-serve growth loop, craft ads, optimize landing pages, and improve activation, nudges, and upgrades.

You’ll work with PostHog, Stripe, Meta, and the product to turn attention into paying customers. This role emphasizes founder-level ownership, rapid learning, and expanding a PLG product from early traction, using AI across product, design, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Make the assets that sell Jarvio: Meta ad creative, short videos of real use cases, landing pages that convert.
• Run paid and organic social as one system, from ad to website to product activation to paid upgrade. Measure each step and fix the weakest one.
• Own the product loop. Decide whether a feature is actually good by watching how people use it, then write the tickets to make it better.
• Live in the numbers. New paid users and upgrades are your scoreboard.
