Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, seeks a Senior PLG Digital Growth Manager in San Francisco to own the growth engine from discovery to signup. You will craft and execute experiments across landing pages, signup journeys, and activation signals, using AI to scale, automate and personalize experiences for high-quality users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PLG, digital growth, or related B2B SaaS disciplines.
• Experience building or scaling self-service or product-led growth motions.
• Track record of designing, launching, and optimizing growth experiments.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRO, lifecycle, and funnel optimization.
• Analytical skills using product, behavioral, and cohort data to drive decisions.
• Comfort with analytics, experimentation, automation, AI, and no-code/low-code tools.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, RevOps, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Builder mentality with bias toward shipping and iteration.
• Experience with developer/infrastructure/API audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own PLG growth targets and strategy across acquisition, conversion, and experimentation.
• Grow qualified product signups by scaling audiences, use cases, channels, and experiences.
• Identify friction in the digital journey and run experiments to improve signup conversion.
• Prototype, launch, measure, and iterate growth initiatives across landing pages and journeys.
• Leverage AI to scale experiments, personalize experiences, and automate workflows.
• Connect acquisition to activation with product growth insights for targeting and messaging.
• Turn data into growth via funnel measurement, attribution, and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate across Digital Experience, SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional PLG growth with Marketing, Product Growth, and RevOps partners.
