Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper. You will own data flows, reporting, and campaigns while ensuring data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or comparable systems role with platform ownership
• 2+ years Salesforce experience with attribution, reporting, and field mapping
• Hands-on analytics experience: building reports, reconciling data, and drawing conclusions
• Experience administering enterprise marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with CDP concepts and data hygiene practices

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and resolve sync issues
• Own lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and campaigns
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting standards
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch to pipeline
• Partner with Sales Ops on data quality, campaign readiness, and handoffs
• Document best practices and assist with platform migrations
