mPulse is a leading healthcare AI and member engagement company seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist. You will own the systems, integrations, and processes spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper to optimize campaigns and reporting across the funnel.

Join a Growth Marketing team with hands-on responsibilities in data quality, workflow automation, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience, including attribution and reporting.
• Hands-on analytics: building reports from scratch and reconciling data.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiar with CDP concepts, data modeling, and segmentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Manage lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Build and manage marketing emails, forms, and landing pages with stakeholder review.
• Develop marketing dashboards and provide actionable insights.
