mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power demand gen by optimizing martech, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights.

You’ll own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring data flows from first touch to advocacy. A collaborative, hands-on role with visibility into pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation, or a comparable systems role with platform ownership.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including campaign attribution, reporting, lead conversion, and field mapping.
• Hands-on analytics experience: building reports from scratch, reconciling data across systems.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with customer data platform concepts: data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation; or demonstrated ability to learn new platform quickly.
• Experience with data hygiene: deduplication, suppression, list validation, and resolving integration sync errors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination.

Responsabilités

• Monitor data flow across all connected systems and resolve issues before they impact downstream work.
• Manage the lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion, and progress through stages.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across the organization.
• Build and maintain campaigns across the marketing automation platform and CRM with clear structure and tagging.
• Build and quality-check marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; validate assets before testing; allow lead time for review.
• Manage list processing from intake through CRM delivery.
• Build and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards; ensure accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance; deliver written recaps with findings and recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch through pipeline.
• Partner with Sales Development and Sales Operations on list quality and lead handoff.
• Support platform migrations, data preparation, and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack and integrations; map fields and sync rules.
• Maintain documented processes and identify efficiency improvements.
