Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and email lifecycle for a scalable B2B SaaS demand engine. You’ll partner across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Ops to drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll manage channel strategy, budgets, audiences, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys end-to-end, testing new channels and building a high-velocity, AI-powered growth system from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with paid channels (Google/LinkedIn) and retargeting.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and lifecycle programs.
• Track record of managing budgets and driving pipeline.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to act on data.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and email end-to-end, including strategy and budgeting.
• Run campaigns hands-on, build structures, bids, audiences, and paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, including nurture and triggers.
• Turn performance into creative insights and improve post-click journeys.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice across channels and assets.
• Connect spend to pipeline with trustworthy tracking and dashboards.
• Design and operate an AI-powered growth system with cross-functional partners.
