Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and email lifecycle for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Ops to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and email programs.

You will design end-to-end journeys, manage budgets, measure CAC and pipeline impact, optimize landing pages, and ensure deliverability and reporting across the funnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct operating experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience building segmented B2B journeys across nurture, campaign follow-up, re-engagement, and behavioral triggers.
• A track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving qualified pipeline, CAC, or revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and email end to end, from strategy and budget to audiences, creative, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys.
• Set direction and optimize campaign structures, bids, audiences, exclusions, and conversion paths.
• Build and optimize email journeys with segmentation, testing, deliverability, and measurement.
• Turn performance insights into a repeatable system with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to improve messaging and conversion.
• Develop dashboards and tracking to connect spend to pipeline and revenue.
