Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Growth Marketer in the United States (New York area) to own paid acquisition and email end-to-end.

You will partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to build and optimize our acquisition and lifecycle engine, starting with high-intent search, account-targeted paid social, retargeting, and email programs that move interest to action.

Qualifications

• Paid acquisition depth in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition with channel strategy, budget, targets, forecast and testing roadmap across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and emerging channels.
• Run campaigns hands-on, optimize structures, bids, audiences, and conversion paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, build journeys to move prospects to opportunities, manage segmentation, deliverability, testing, and measurement.
• Turn performance into better creative by collaborating with Creative and Product Marketing to build a fast learning loop.
• Improve the post-click journey with landing pages, forms, and conversion experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice with clear hypotheses and decision rules.
• Connect spend to pipeline with trustworthy tracking, attribution, and dashboards.
• Build an AI-powered growth system with workflows, prompts, and agents, and automate where possible.
